Delivery Methods
All orders would be processed within 1-2 working days. As prompt delivery is one of our core business values, we will certainly minimize/assure a prompt processment.
Our shipment methods are:
- Normal Mail: Singpost would take approximately 3-5 working days, depending on seasonal peak. Buyers please note the potential loss of parcel during mail transit, and the potential damage incurred during mailing. Any loss or damaged article resultant of mailing, would not be entertained.
- Registered Mail: Singpost would take approximately 1-3 working days. We certainly recommend buyers to use this method, as it's safer and faster with tracking information. We would promptly provide the tracking number to your handphone or email. In any instance of lost articles, please proceed enquiry with Singpost.
- Qxpress: Qxpress would take approximately 2 days to pick up order from Seller. Subsequently, they will deliver within 1-2 working days. Total of 3-5 working days for Qxpress to fulfill. We recommend buyers to use this method, as it's a courier delivery; where you can seek re-delivery if delivery attempt failed. In any instance of delayed articles, please proceed enquiry with Qxpress Courier Company,
- Seller's Delivery: As this method is not listed, please proceed to contact us personally at 90703436 (Mr. Spenser). Orders made within same day (purchased before 1700hrs), we would make delivery to you within same day (delivery cut-off time) by 2200hrs. Otherwise, all courier delivery would be processed & delivered within next working day.
Terms & Conditions
Dear Customer,
It is our upmost responsibility to ensure that our products are in good conditions prior to shipment or delivery. We would only accept returns/refunds if the following conditions met:
- Manufacturing Defects (Non-inherent user defects)
- Wrong Item Delivery
- Adhesive Protective Layer of Screen Protector, has not been removed
- Tempered Glass Crack (if delivery has been made by Registered Article / Courier Delivery)
We are not responsible for any lost/damaged items through Singpost Delivery. We seek your cooperation to kindly inform us within 7 days after receipt of items, and feedback where necessary.
Nonetheless, inherent user defects (e.g. wrong application methods resultant in bubbles or cracks) would not be entertained.
