What is Shirataki Pasta? Known for its health benefits for 2000 years in Japan, Shirataki is made from the root of a plant called the Konnyaku Imo. Shirataki is made only from the fiber of the plant, as such it only contains a healthy dietary fiber known as Glucomannan. Since it is only made of fiber and water, it is remarkably low in calories. Miracle noodles absorb the flavors of any sauce or dish you prepare.

Directions
Drain the water our of the package and rinse the noodles in cool water for 10-15 seconds. Put in boiling water for 2 minutes, then dry the noodles by placing in a non oiled pan on medium heat until dry.Free OfGluten, soy
