Featuring a heavy-duty power cord with a US 3-prong plug, the STU-N-3000 has a total of three outputs, one for 110V with a US standard outlet, another for 220V with a universal outlet, plus a 5V standard USB port. And most importantly, all three outputs can be used simultaneously and continuously.

Prior to purchasing a voltage transformer, in order to avoid users' frustrations and unnecessary returns, it is extremely important to check and find out what your appliance's Maximum Power Consumption (MPC) in watts is. The MPC must be less than this transformer's Maximum Load Capacity (MLC), which is 3,000 watts, or it will NOT work. For safety concerns and optimal results, the manufacturer recommends that the transformer's MLC should be equal or greater than your appliance's MPC multiplied by 1.5. Therefore this transformer with an MLC of 3,000 watts is most suitable and cost-effective for medium to high power devices such as food processors, blenders, electrical grills, steamers, air fryers, cooking machines, and devices with the Maximum Power Consumption (MPC) between 1500 and 2000 watts or 2-3 HP (Horsepower) for motorized appliances.

In addition, for an appliance that generates an in-rush current for a brief time to start from idle, such as a refrigerator, an air conditioner, or a laser printer, the in-rush current could be 3-7 times as much as what is required for the normal operation. Please take this into consideration and choose a voltage transformer with enough MLC accordingly to accommodate the power surge.
