❤We suggest preheating the curler about 30 seconds before you start curling your hair!

❤How to avoid my hair getting stuck?
_COMBING HAIR STRAIGHTENING OUT and then separate a section of hair (of right amount) that is NO WIDER THAN THE WIDTH OF YOUR INDEX FINGER, and NO LONGER THAN 10 inches (keep the hair neatly through the curler, too thick or too long hair once a time may cause the hair get stuck in the clamp, and the curler will stop and beep). If you made an error when curling, please do not panic. You can immediately unplug the device to stop the process, and gently pull out your hair from the chamber. Or you can release the handle for 2 seconds then start curling your hair(Auto-retrieval process for protecting your hair from getting stuck. 

❤If your hair is thick and hard, choose longer time and higher temperature, if the hair is thin and soft, then shorter, your choice!

The automatic curler does need some time to get used to, but it gives a perfect bouncy curls after maybe 2-3 times of practices.
