How to use
1. Throughly wash and dry heel area.
2. Remove the cover sheet on the rear side of patch. Remove the cover sheet on the surface of gel.
3. Apply the patch to the heels while removing white sheet from both side.
4. Wear the patch overnight and remove it in the morning. Rinse off any residue with water.
