Honestly was very let down and upset about paying that much for a supplement that didn't give me any kind of boost. However, I took it as a energy supplement on a 12 hour shift and felt a calm, natural kind of energy. I think it's more calm kind of energy than the tingle, tear things up kind of energy. It was also very clumpy upon opening it, so I think I will return it. If you're looking for a softer energy boost, this product will be great for you, however, it is just not what I was expecting.
