Heal Force Nasal Irrigation System A saline Nasal wash or nasal irrigation can help reduce symptoms associated with allergies, sinusitis, and asthma. Nasal washing removes mucus from the nose so medication can be more effective. Rinsing decreases allergens and irritants from the nose and it can even decrease swelling in the nose. The regular use of nasal saline irrigation can also diminish nasal drainage.

Instruction:
1) Fill the 500ml Mix-bottle with lukewarm water and one packet of Cleansing Salt (4.5g). Stir well and now we have 500ml 0.9% sodium chloride solution. Remove the nozzle from the top of the irrigation device and pour the solution in. Don't use tap water for nasal irrigation.
2) Lean over (about 45 degrees) and use your mouth to breathe. Gently insert the nozzle into one nostril. Squeeze so the solution can flush in and run out of the other nostril. Repeat the procedure for the other nostril.
3) When nasal congestion is severe, do not squeeze too hard. If you feel the pressure of the nasal cavity or the pressure of inner ear too high, please squeeze gently. Please don't blow your nose in 5 minutes after nasal irrigation.
4) Wash the nozzle and irrigation device after used.
