Terms and Conditions
1. Mail via Singpost normal mail has a higher chance of getting lost or delayed.
  We will not be liable and will not compensate for lost or delayed mail caused by Singpost.
2. For return/exchange of items, buyer to bear all shipping and handling charges incurred
3. No return/exchange of items is allowed unless:
  - Major manufacturer defects
  - Wrong item sent
4. Kindly notify us for all the exchange request via email ( funland_q10@yahoo.com.sg ) within 3 days
   upon received the product; clearly stating your order details(Cart/order No.) ,together with the image
   of the defective item.
5. We reserved the rights to rejected any exchange or replacement if bad reviews/comments for the order have been made.

Exchange Policies

Process for exchanging
1. Please send an email to funland_q10@yahoo.com.sg with affected order number along with the photo evidence.
2. Evaluation will be done within 3 working days.
3. Buyers will then need to send the item back for exchange.
4. Once evaluated, replacement will be send

Exchange requirements
· Buyer will need to provide the order number
· Photo evidence of the (defective) item
· Must be 3 Days from Delivered Date
· Reasons for return must be met (See Below)

Return Reason
a) Damaged - Item returned must be Complete (Original box, accessories)
b) Defective - Item returned must be Complete (Original box, accessories) & Not Damaged
c) Wrong Item - Item returned must be Complete (Original box, accessories) & Not Damaged & Not Used
d) Missing Item - Item returned must be Not Damaged & Not Used
e) Change of Mind - We do not accept this as a return reason.
