I didn’t think I would find something where I could carry and fit all my pills/vitamins (6-8), carry my protein powder separate from my water and an additional compartment where I carry my Aloe Vera concentrate. I use the storage to keep my protein in until I get ready to mix, while I'm at work. Plenty of room for powders. I was really surprised at how well it mixed my shake.
