One delicious ingredient: organic almonds! Once Again Nut Butter has been making almond butter for decades. The employee owners carefully select only the finest organic almonds available. Lightly toasted organic unblanched almonds are milled to create the tasty Lightly Toasted Almond Butter. They packaged in glass jars to preserve the flavor profile and maximize the shelf life of their products and glass is conductive to recyling. The raccoon logo: Four baby raccoons grew up on the factory grounds. Apparently orphaned, they really enjoyed the nut butters. So... in turn, Once Again adopted them and created their company logo in their honor. The Once Again Family helped the raccoons in their early months, and then released them into the forest. Their by-products are donated to area farms or to nature lovers who often use them as animal and bird foods. Their mascot, Rocky, has become a symbol of their wholesome nature, their closeness and responsibility to the earth and the nature of their product.
