 1.  IN THE EVENT THAT A WRONG ITEM / COLOUR HAS BEEN SENT.  EXCHANGE REQUEST MUST BE SENT WITH A PHOTOGRAPH BEING ATTACHED VIA EMAIL TO: charmingprincess.dh@gmail.com.  SELLER WILL INFORM BUYER WHETHER STOCK IS STILL AVAILABLE FOR EXCHANGE.  SHOULD THE ORIGINALLY REQUESTED ITEM HAS BEEN SOLD OUT, BUYER CAN REQUEST FOR AN ALTERNATIVE ITEM WITH THE SAME VALUE.

    ~NO EXCHANGE AFTER 7 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF DELIVERY.

    ~NO EXCHANGE IF ITEM IS NOT IN ORIGINAL CONDITION. I.E. HAS BEEN WORNED, WASHED, STAINED, DAMAGED, TAG/PACKAGING BEING REMOVED.

2.  THE BUYER SHALL BEAR FULL DELIVERY CHARGES IF THE ITEMS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE.  SELLER WILL PROCEED TO MAIL OUT THE ORIGINAL REQUESTED ITEM UPON RECEIVING THE WRONG ITEM SENT. SHOULD THE ORIGINAL REQUESTED
