- All orders are from overseas. It takes 5-14 days to reach us after we place the order with the factory. Place order only if you can wait.
-Order cannot be cancelled / revised once we had place the order with factory unless the item is out of stock.
-All order will be sent by door-to-door courier service with tracking number. Buyer need not worry of lost mail by Singpost Normal Mail.

Important notes:
All items would be sent by "Dpex". We will update the shipping status to "on delivery" once your orders have been packed and collected by Dpex.
Once you got the tracking number, if you do not receive the parcel within 1-2 working day, feel free to call 62148888 to track your parcel status by providing them your tracking number. The customer service officer of Dpex will be there to assist you.
All Corset are brand new, we do not allow any exchange due to hygient purpose. Please make sure the size that you order is correct before placing the order.
*If you received a wrong size or defected Corset, please drop us an email with a snap shot on the item received. We will get back to you asap once your exchange request is being approved. All returned corset must be in orginal packing with tag.
