1. SOAK FOR 4-6 HOURS OR OVERNIGHT
2. IN A SEPARATE POT ADD IN ROCK SUGAR, WOLFBERRY, RED DATES, PANDAN LEAVES, EXPANDED SNOW JELLY
3. BOIL FOR 45 MINS
4. SERVE WARM OR COLD.
