Please Note - due to copy protection， the HDMI cable does not support movies/films/programmes that were purchased through iTunes or locked with Apple's Fairplay copy protection scheme.  Also， again due to copy protection most streaming apps do not support displaying over HDMI， this includes， but is not limited to Sky Go， Sky Sports， NetFlix， LoveFilm.  This is not a fault of the HDMI adapter， but is limited by the apps themselves. This does not work with any iDevice with a Lightning Port (even with a converter).  That includes iPhone 5， and newer iPads
