the"CAL" and ?"C/F" button until it shows 0 ℃ or32 ℉ ,and wait several seconds to finish the calibration.
NOTICE:
1.Keep the thermometer far away from the oven while cooking.
2.Don't touch the probe after using.
3.Don't completely immerse the digital thermometer in water for to long.
