Arnica Montana is a homeopathic remedy indicated for muscular soreness due to overexertion, and facilitates the healing of swelling, bruising, shock, sprains, soreness, injury, and post surgery. Arnica Montana 30X Research: Made according to the Homeopathic Pharmacopoeia of the United States. Arnica Montana 6X for bruising & muscle soreness. Arnica Montana 30X Directions/Usage: Adults: dissolve 4 tablets under tongue 4 times a day. Children: 2 tablets as above. In acute cases take 4 tablets every hour until relieved or as directed by a licensed practitioner. Do not use if cap band is broken or missing.
