"Fujitsu Shoyu sauce ramen" is a no-rinse noodle with noodles using domestic flour 100%, and using Kosi in its own manufacturing method.
Fried oil uses 100% vegetable oil.
Soup is an authentic soy sauce soup that uses only plant ingredients, based on the taste of soy sauce using soybeans not genetically modified with vegetables, without using chemical seasoning.
Soup which does not use chicken, pork, beef extract, fish and shellfish etc, keeps the color and aroma of soy sauce, a nostalgic taste.
Using the "Mediterranean solar salt" of the founding company which dried the sun for about half a year in Italian seawater, "sugar cane rough sugar" leaving the original sugar cane flavor, we took full advantage of the ingredients.
While refreshing, it is a ramen where you can enjoy delicious soup with taste.
Cooking method
1. When boiling water of about 500 ml (a little 3 cups) sufficiently, put noodles and boil for about 3 minutes while loosening.
2. When the noodle boils up stop the fire, add the attached special soup, stir well.
3. You can eat more delicious if you add egg and baked pigs according to your preference.
