All I wanted was a cheap one that I could surf the net, watch videos, pictures and use my iTunes. I may use this thing twice a week. I looked at several others but I decided on this one because of price and hard drive space. Look, I kept it simple with this purchase and I couldn't be happier. If you want $500-600 in a $200 laptop, not gonna happen. But to me this computer is fast, easy to use, loads up fast, picture quality ok and sound is a tad low, but I have a portable speaker that rocks, so not a problem. If you're gonna do a lot more than me this may not be your laptop, but if you are like me then this thing is perfect for you. Hope this was helpful.Also I don't understand this issue with the mouse pad, mine works flawlessly. I called them and it was.still under the year manufacturer warranty and they said that it wasn't covered. Then they offered a premium protection for 200 dollars!! Are you kidding me? I had not don't anything outside of checking emails and doing research and I will right a bad review where ever I see it. THEY set you up remotely. I still had 100 days on my warranty which is useless. The will cover water damage but not software damage. This company is backwards. THEY blamed it on me,Comment from -9/11/2017You should have an active anti-virus program on any computer connected to the internet. This system comes with a 30-trial of McAfee or you can use Windows Defender that comes free with Windows 10 operating system. You can also use a 3rd party anti-virus software, just be sure to totally remove the McAfee Trail software and turn off Windows defender. There can only be one anti-virus program active on any computer. This system is equipped with OneKey Recovery System. There is a very small pin hole on the left side of the device, right near the power port plug in on the device. You will need a pin to push this reset button. Plug the device in. Let the battery charge for about 15 minutes. Push the reset button. The system should boot to a choice screen where you can choose "Restore To Factory Default". Select this. It will delete everything from the hard drive except the original factory install of the operating system. You will need to reinstall all programs and files after the reset.
