Items sold are not refundable. 

Exchange can be done within 7 days after receiving the items for defect items only.

If you have a defective item, you want to return. Please contact us within 3 days from you receive the shipment. All return

 items must be returned with it's original packaging and accessories. we will 1 to 1 exchange or refund the money to you when 

we get the return items. Please contact me before you return it.

Shipping Policy:

All our items are individually opened & inspected before shipping to ensure good working condition.

Sellers ships from Monday to Friday after payment is cleared .

Items will be posted out within 3 working days upon receiving payment ,it will be posted out through registered mail with tracking no., 

usually it should take 7-10 working days to your side, if you want the items fast, please choose express .

If an item is out of stock, you will be informed and full refund will be given if you do not wish to wait for restock.

Note: We will recommend you to use Singpost ( Registered ) for ease of mind during delivery as you are able to track the lastest information on your parcel! 

We will not be responsible if mail is lost through the use of normal mail.
