Who Are We?

The Pretty Soap Co is a team of passionate handcrafters of natural bath and beauty products ranging from soaps, scrubs, lip balms, bath bombs, bath salt, etc. We enjoy sharing and imparting the knowledge and skills in handmade beauty products through our monthly workshops. We believe in being kind to ourselves and that means taking good care of our skin by using quality, natural products.

Why Handmade Soap?

Our natural handmade soaps are cold processed and made entirely by hand in small batches. We only use the purest ingredients without fillers. This process allows the natural glycerin to be retained during the soap making process so our soap cleans without stripping away natural oils. Our soaps do not contain harsh synthetic detergents (SLS) or chemical preservatives (paraben). It is safe for babies, sensitive skin, eczema and other skin conditions.

How to store the soap?

Handcrafted soap is best stored out of water so that it air dries. Rest your soap on a draining soap dish or stand it on its side, out of the spray range of the shower head. If left in water, handcrafted soap tends to dissolve due to the soap and glycerine molecules that wash clean with water.
 

Main Ingredients Used

Coconut Oil, Rice Bran Oil, Olive Oil, Palm Oil, Castor Oil, Lye, Distilled Water, Essential/ Fragrance Oils and Cosmetic Grade Colourants.
This combination of oils creates a bubbly lather that leaves your skin feeling soft and moisturized.
