Directions
One tablet daily, with food, or as directed by a healthcare professional.
Note: Swisse recommend taking 1 tablet daily during or immediately after a meal, as directed on the label. You may like to take 1 tablet in the morning with breakfast or 1 tablet in the afternoon with Lunch. Please be advised that we do not recommend you take this supplement within 2 hours of consuming tea, coffee, or any caffeinated beverages (such as cola).
Store below 30 degrees Celsius. Do not use if cap seal is broken.
