1) We strongly encourage to use registered mail as we are not liable for any lost mails.  no replacement, refunds or cancellations for items not received via normal mail.  Upon opting for normal mail, you agree to bear liability of any lost/delayed packages (if any). Hence we strongly encourage buyers to opt for registered mail to avoid any unnecessary losses. 

2) For exchange or refund is only applicable for unused items proven to be defective.

3) We only sell authentic products, we don't sell you what we dont want to buy.
