Our Items

 

The photos listed are of the exact items on sale. However, due to variations in the photo-taking process, items may look different from the photos.

      All items are carefully inspected and checked before shipment.

      All items sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

      Refunds will only be given in cases of incorrect items shipped and on a case-by-case basis.

 

Postage and Delivery 

Exclusive to local shipping within Singapore

Upon confirmation of order and payment, items will be sent via SingPost the next working day.

Shipments sent by Normal mail (Non-Registered) are untraceable.

Casellic will not be responsible for any parcels that get damaged or go missing in the delivery process.

For tracking of the item, please opt for Registered Mail at an additional surcharge of S$3.88.



Warranty

The Warranty Period for all items start from either the date of receipt, the date of collection or 7 days from the date of shipping, whichever is earlier.

The Warranty Period for all items may differ and if any, are stated accordingly in the items listing.

For items repaired or replaced through warranty claims, the warranty period continues for the remaining portion of the original Warranty Period for the items.

This warranty does not cover:
-Cosmetic damage to outer surface/finishing and external parts of the product, including but not limited to cracks, dents or scratches on the exterior casing, screen, camera lens, buttons and other attachments;
-Deterioration of the product due to normal wear and tear, including but not limited to rust or stains;
-General maintenance, password reset assistance, routine servicing and cleaning, updating/upgrading of software, installation of software or applications, product demonstration, or any other service other than repair;
-Any other circumstance such that repair would be contradictory or not in compliance with good business practice.

Notwithstanding that the product is within the warranty period, this warranty shall be invalidated and rendered void upon the following: 
The product shows evidence of abnormal use; impact, shock; accident; fire, flood, earthquake, lightning or other acts of nature; sand, liquid or food damage; exposure to extreme thermal or environmental conditions; battery or chemical corrosion; abuse, mishandling, improper installation, operation or maintenance, use of wrong electrical supply or voltage; damage caused by installation of any software, programs or applications, or use of any accessories or equipments not approved by the manufacturer for use with the product; improper modification, tampering; replacement of parts with parts not approved by the manufacturer; or dismantling, opening, service or repair performed other than by the manufacturer's authorised service centre; or any other use contrary to the product manual.
