New Balance New Balance
New Balance was born in Boston, USA in 1906 as a manufacturer of orthodontic shoes that cures arch support insole and flat legs.
The origin of the name New Balance means to bring a sense of new , balance to the person wearing it. Based on know-how as a maker of orthodontic shoes that makes it possible only with a deep understanding of anatomical knowledge of the foot, orthopedic surgery and exercise physiology, we started manufacturing custom-made running shoes from the 1960s.
James · S · Davis, the current representative director and chairman, engages in development by running himself to realize the ideal running shoes. In creative shoes concept In step racing, in the late 70's, I presented shoes that embodied this concept and gained tremendous support from runners.
In 1988, model M 576 which used leather for upper was announced. This model also attracted a great deal of attention in the fashion field.
