Let’s just say the first few days flushes you out completely but other than that I love the way my skin glows, I’ve lost a few pounds and I have great energy. I take the packet after I eat breakfast. Yes (2) No (0)Flag as Inappropriate Not impressI bought these about a month ago, i switch from the other ones that i was taking called women ultra energy and metabolism. I notice with taking these ones, the ultra mega and metabolism vitapak i get hungry later in the night verses when I was taking the other ones. I also noticed that when I first starting taking this one my face and neck had a burning sensation, that lasted for about a minute or two than It goes away. But every now and than when I take them I get the face and neck burning sensation again and sometimes I don't get it. So I'm not sure what that is about. So i think after I finish taking these I'll go back to the other ones that i was taking, cause it helps curve my appetite better and it gives me more energy. But everyone's body is different. I need more energy and something to curve my appetite better. So I'm going back to the other ones. Unless I'm not taking the packet wrong, i should see and feel a difference b
