Ingredients: Bleached Wheat Flour (Wheat Flour [Enriched with Niacin, Reduced Iron, Thaimin Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid], Malted Barley Flour), Sugar, Soy Flour (Soy Flour, Soybean Oil, Soy Lecithin), Leavening (Sodium Bicarbonate, Sodium Aluminum Phosphate, Monocalcium Phosphate), Whey Powder, contains 2% or less of: Dextrose, Vegetable Oil, Shortening (Partially Hydrogenated Soy Bean Oil), Salt, Dried Whole Eggs, Calcium Carbonate, Natural and Artificial Flavor (Maltodextrin, Natural and Artificial Flavor), Nonfat Dry Milk, Sodium Caseinate, Mono- and Diglycerides.

Instructions: For Pancakes: To make 4" pancakes (10-12 pancakes), mix 1 pouch with 1-1/4 cup water. Preheat griddle (if electric 375F). Griddle is ready when small drops of water sizzle and disappear almost immediately. Combine contents of pancake mix pouch and water in a bowl and stir until large lumps disappear (about 20 seconds). For thinner pancakes, add a little more water. Pour slightly less than 1/4 cup batter for each pancake onto hot griddle (lightly grease griddle if necessary). Turn pancakes when tops are covered with bubbles and edges look dry (about 60 seconds). Turn only once and cook for an additional 60 seconds. For Waffles: To make waffles (6-7 waffles), mix 1 pouch with 1-1/4 cup water and 1 tbsp. oil. Preheat waffle iron. Combine contents of pancake mix pouch, water and oil in a bowl and stir until large lumps disappear (about 20 seconds). Bake in hot waffle iron as manufacturer directs or until steaming stops. Yield will vary depending up size of waffle molds--use enough batter to completely fill molds.
