What You Need 1 cup mix 1 cup of water or milk 1 tbsp oilBaking Instructions1. Combine 1 cup pancake mix, water and oil in a medium mixing bowl. Whisk batter until blended. 2. Pour 1/3 cup of batter on a lightly greased, preheated griddle or pan. 3. Cook pancakes over medium heat approximately 1 to 1½ minutes per side until golden brown.
