ワンステップHCGの尿妊娠検査はhCGの定性的な（視覚的な）決定（ヒト絨毛性性腺刺激ホルモン）尿検体で妊娠の早期発見のために使用されます。テストでは、選択的に尿や血清中のHCGのレベルの上昇を検出するモノクローナル抗体およびポリクローナル抗体試薬の組み合わせを利用しています。テストの免疫学的特異性は、事実上、構造的に関連する糖タンパク質ホルモンのhFSH、HLH、生理的なレベルでhTSHから交差反応性の干渉を排除します。

 

 

 

どのように使用する

  1. 尿を指している矢印の端が尿中にストリップを浸し。 "マックス"ラインを超え浸けないでください。 3秒後にストリップを取り出し、清潔で乾燥した、非吸収性の表面（例えば、尿容器の口）のストリップが平らに横たわっていた。
  2. 表示される色のバンドを待つ。試験片におけるhCGの濃度に依存して、肯定的な結果は40秒だけ短くで観察することができる。しかし、否定的な結果を確認するために、完全な反応時間（5分）が必要です。 10分後に結果を読んではいけない。
