I loved the gold and deep copper/rust colors. It arrived in the mail and I immediately put it on the bed to get a good look at it before I send it to be cleaned (it must be washed before I'll sleep with it). The colors are nothing like the picture. The copper is more of a rusty red than a dark coppery orange, and the bright gold is actually a dingy dark goldish color. I was expecting a slight color difference. After all, its a picture, but this is a huge color difference. I am very disappointed. I still like it and will be keeping it, but it isn't what I fell in love with. Also, it is covered in stray lint and thread sticks out everywhere. I'll need to take scissors to it after I get it dry cleaned. Not very happy about that. And the material is rough on top, but soft on the underneath. Love the rust and brown colors. I've read previous posts about the texture on top of the comforter being rough and scratchy. Mine was not! You do have to watch dog claws because I did get a small snag this morning from my playful puppy. And the material is light and somewhat slippery so it shifts easily while sleeping.
