This natural Lychee honey is produced by honey bees only once a year during spring in Taiwan. This precious whole food is rich in many nutrients including natural sugars, vitamins, minerals, amino acids, enzymes, and antioxidants, and is well-known to be good for our general health.

Storage & Uses: Store honey at room temperature. Pure honey can crystallize over time, a natural process that can be accelerated in lower temperature.

Enjoy honey directly or make a nourishing drink with cold or warm (not more than 45°C) water, milk, coffee or juice. Honey can also be used as a natural and sweetener.
