二、日用使用方法：
做完水疗前3天早晚都用日用的！洁面后拍3-4次矿泉水或者蒸馏水，直接抹日用半只，等吸收差不多了，用上纯植物补水型乳液和霜锁水，无需清洗，白天可正常上妆。
3天后，洁面拍3-4次矿泉水或者蒸馏水，直接使用日用， 一次一支。

用淡盐水清洗，第1-3天水疗（这步非常重要），把压缩面膜放在纯净水/蒸馏水里甩一甩，甩掉压缩面膜上面的纤维，早晚各一次，每次10分钟，同时准备一个喷壶不停的喷水拍打，让面膜一直保持湿哒哒的状态。第4-6天蒸馏水兑日用当喷雾随时喷，第7-8天开始直接抹日用半只。
总结：
1.在使用排毒针期间，必须停掉所有功能性护肤品，建议使用纯天然保湿护肤品或暂停任何护肤品和化妆品一周。
