To open the Dog Waste Scooper, gently squeeze the handles inward. Reach inside to back and pull waste bag. B. Pull waste bag out to the next perforated line. NOTE: For best use of bags, do not pull the waste bag roll too far out. C. Line inside of scooper with bag and pull excess up and over the top of the sides. D. Squeeze handles to open scooper. E. Place over dog waste and slowly release handle. F. Tie top of bag and throw away. Quick, easy, and sanitary!
