If I forget to take my normal dose, I can tell it immediately. This product helps to rebuild my cells. It keeps my skin looking tight and firm, as much as one can expect with the age factor. As I age, this product truly helps to keep me looking young. If you have tried it, and you did not see an improvement, then you are taking it wrong.
