Description

LA Galbi is made with beef ribs thinly cut across the bone. It has been marinated to tenderise the ribs, which are a tough cut of meat. These ribs have a smooth balance of sweet and savoury flavours.



Preparation

Defrost the product.
Place the meat on a grill or frying pan.
Pour half of the sauce over the meat.
Grill up till one side is fully cooked.
Flip the meat over and grill the other side till cooked.
