Prior to Installation

1. Visually inspect your item for any physical damage to the screen, cables, and components. If you see any signs of damage, contact us immediately and so we can help you.
2. Power your phone off and wait a few seconds before taking the phone apart, this allows for some electrostatic discharge. It is always best to use an ESD mat or wristband to prevent shocking the phones motherboard or components.

During Installation:
1. Do an initial test of new screen by connecting the flex cable to your motherboard before installation, be sure you feel a gentle snap. If not, then try again, or the cable will not be connected properly and your display will not work function correctly.
2. Use extreme care in not over bending the flex cables. This is normally the #1 issues with display problems, post installation.

If your display has issues with being blank, lines on screen, flashing, or issues with touch sensitivity, then refer to the following steps:
1.Please check the LCD to make sure the flex cables are in good condition and there are no debris on the connector.
2.Disconnect and reconnect the flex cables from the motherboard side.
3.Reboot your phone (Home, Up volume, and Power button same time)
4.Power phone off overnight. Sometimes there is static discharge after installing that will go away after some time. Please leave phone alone overnight and see if this problem persists in the morning.
