"Marumo book sugar" is brown sugar (sweet sugar) of sweetness with a rustic taste which is squeezed from sugar cane.
It is powdered and smooth.
It is healthy sugar containing natural minerals such as vitamin B1, B2, potassium, calcium.
After boiling down the juice that squeezed the sugar cane, leaving it to stand, the sugar begins to solidify, it becomes a large mass of brown sugar in some cases.
Therefore, in the course of cooling the broth, "book sugar" is finished in powder form while pulverizing with fins so as not to become clumped.
As sugar cane and minerals such as calcium and iron are contained in soybeans and high quality ingredients around its stems, it contains abundant nutrients that can not be compared with refined white sugar.
