10 years ago I had real bad heartburn to the point I thought I had an ulcer. By chance while in a GNC store the guy told me to try these for 2 weeks, if it didn't help, he said go to the doctor. After that 2 weeks, I didn't have heartburn any more for the next 10 years. Recently though, it came back. I went to GNC and picked up a bottle a little over a week ago. No more heartburn. I definitely recommend this to anyone with indigestion.
