How to use

Sweep the skin with cotton pad soaked in cleansing water and hold a soaked cotton pad over
eye areas for 15-20 seconds to dissolve stubborn makeup then lightly sweep it away. Follow
with a foaming cleanser for a more thorough cleanse.
