Anji Baicha is also know as An Ji White Tea is a kind of green tea produced in Anji country,Zhejiang Province.Anji is its originated place, white refers to the pale color after brewed, but classified by its production process, it is a green tea, not a white tea.This tea cultivar is not as widely planted as other teas and has a short harvesting period, it is a comparatively rare tea.Anji Baicha special characteristic  is that they produce very little green chlorophyll during the winter .

The harvest time of Anji Baicha Yuqian Second Grade is before Guyu (April 20),The picking season is very short, around 30 days in early spring season as once the temperature increases, Anji Baicha leaves would start to turn green,so it has less chlorophyll in the leaves.Compared to other teas,its quality and favorable price will be your best choice. 

Anji Baicha has less chlorophyll in the leaves, rich in L-theanine(an essential amino acid that has been implicated in relaxation and improved concentration)and amino acids, almost twice the amount comparing to other green teas. Amino acid helps suppress cortisol and reduces stress.also can prevent aging. 

How to brew this tea :
1. Put 3-5g into teacup 
2. Fill with boiled water of temperature 85-90
3. Stay for about half minutes you can begin to drink.
4. It can be brewed for 4-6 times
