Nothing ever seems to make me feel better having them or not, including other GNC vitamins. In the research I've done, I decided to try GNC Superfoods Ultra Mega Green Men's Energy and I noticed the difference the first day. Not only did I feel a difference, it was sustained throughout the day. I've got my Mom on the women's and some of my coworkers on the men's.I plan on a very long time use of this product.
