一般我都是雙手萬能，用大拇指跟食指的推力，一邊把橘皮組織跟堆積再一起的脂肪，慢慢推開。有了這個滾輪，我可以省力許多，滾輪上的壓力片可以均勻施壓，又可以藉由推、擠、壓、扭，讓雙腿的新陳代謝更快速。

接著使用滾輪，輕壓來回的滾動囉!!
想要大力點就大力點，如果橘皮很頑固，其實還蠻痛的耶!!
要忍耐一下橘皮組織在跟滾輪對抗，因為長時間讓它自由發展的關係，現在大腿的部位血液循環不好，還會容易有靜脈區張的問題，最好每天洗澡後都花點時間按摩。

  除了大腿，小腿肚也很重要
  不過自己要按摩小腿肚比較困難，通常要趴著，小腿肚朝上面，由下往上推，這樣比較有效果唷  !!
  如果是正面的話，可以用大拇指跟食指的力量，由上往下推。  (  光用講的還是很抽象，可以參考女人我最大有一集介紹腿部按摩，超實用  !!)
