Lid also makes a great cooling pad - place your hot out of the oven Edge Brownie Pan on top to protect your counter while your brownies cool. Included in this pack is our new Edge Wedge - a clever little wedge that can be "plugged in" your Edge Brownie Pan to create a batter tight seal. The Edge Wedge converts your Edge Brownie Pan into an 8" x 8" volume baker - now you can make a single box mix of brownies (or cornbread) in your Edge Brownie Pan! This is definitely a power up for your Edge Brownie Pan, and your baking skills. NOTE: Edge Brownie Pan is sold separately.
