The rice bran is the hard outer layer of brown rice. It contains various antioxidants that impart beneficial effects on human health, such as 12%-13% oil & highly unsaponifiable compon- ents(4.3%).This fraction contains tocotrienol, gamma-oryzanol, & beta-sitosterol. It also contains a high level of dietary fibers (beta- glucan, pectin, and gum). In addition, it also contains IP6, 4- hydroxy-3-methoxycinnamic acid (ferulic acid), which may also be a component of the structure of non-lignified cell walls.

Mini. 20g daily.
1. Drinks Add into 200ml of hot water, soup, milk, soya milk, blender drinks, juice, chocolate beverages or coffee ...etc.
2. Make brown rice in a second!  Simply add rice bran into the white rice you cooked to cater for people who need the nutrients of brown rice.
3. Chinese Steamed Eggs Make a steamed eggs and sprinkle rice bran (ab. 2 spoons) on top. Mix well when serving.
4. Bakery Blend into the muffin, bread or biscuit dough.
5. Salad Add into the salad dressing and mix well before serving.
6. Kefir or Yogurt Add into Kefir or plain yogurt directly or mix with Omega-3 oil before pouring into Kefir or yogurt.
7. Chinese Tofu cold dish Mix rice bran with the Soya sauce before pouring onto the fresh and chilled Tofu.
8. Curry rice Mix well with the cooked curry paste.
