Note:

1. The rubberised-type button is more durable and is easier to press as compared to the usual bubble-type

button that comes with most remote control fans which usually crack or lose contact after some time.

2. The default code should work with your current fan. If the Remote Control does not work on your fan

model, follow the steps below to change the code:

1. - Make sure the fan is plugged in and turn on in standby state.

2. - Point the Remote Control at your fan, then press and hold the RED or GREEN button for more than 5

seconds. The remote control will start to send code to the fan.

3. - Release the RED or GREEN button immediately when your fan turns ON, now the Remote Control has

been tuned to the code suitable for your fan.

4. - If the setting fails, repeat from step 2 to 3 again.

3. This Remote Control is able to cover 95% of the remote control fans in the market. Should the tuning fail

to work on your fan, please drop us an email so that we can help you process the return and refund.

4. Please keep all original packing in good condition for refund, Remote Controls without any packing will not be refunded.

Purchase

o All items sold are not refundable or exchangeable.

o All items will be inspected before delivery unless the package is sealed.

o In the event an item is out of stock, we will send an SMS or email to notify you.

o Please check your mailing address before payment. Customer will have to bear the cost of re-posting in the event of

returned mail due to incomplete or incorrect address.

o As payments are managed by Gmarket, pls contact Gmarket regarding any payment matters.

Delivery

o Item will be sent out via Singpost normal mail in 1 to 2 working days after payment is cleared.

o Normal mail will take about 2-3 days (excluding Sat and Sun) to reach your mailbox.

Do note that delivery time will take longer during festive seasons and long weekends.

o We will not be held responsible for any items lost or damaged during delivery by Singpost.

o Registered mail* via Singpost is recommended as online tracking number will be provided once item has been posted.

o Meet up for collection will be available at Woodlands MRT station on Weekdays. Meet up on weekends is not guaranteed

and is based on our schedule. Items priced will not be reduced for meet up collections.

o For customers without paypal account or credit card, direct payment via internet banking transfer can be arranged.
