Sally Hansen Vitamin E Nail and Cuticle Oil

Ingredients:Directions: Brush Vitamin E Nail and Cuticle Oil onto nails and cuticles nightly. Massage in to help increase circulation to the nail bed and stimulate new nail growth. Before applying nail color or a base coat, wash thoroughly with warm soapy water. Apply nail color or base to clean dry bare nails. Reapply after nail color is dry.
