Suggested Use
Adults and children age 12+ take two capsules twice daily (age 6-11 take 1 capsule). Results are usually felt within minutes or hours and increase with continued use. Once desired results are obtained try 1 capsule twice daily for maintenance. Take up to 6 capsules daily during times of high stress.
