<br />1. Put the feather into balloon
<br />2. Helium or hydrogen is charged into the balloon with an inflator. (We didn&#39;t provide the inflator, buyers could purchase it in local store)
<br />3. Seal the ballon
<br />4. Fix the balloon with a string of the Light Post
<br />5. Wrapped around the balloon with part of the light post
<br />6. Install the battery (2 AA batteries)
<br />Then you will see the beautiful LED Ballon.
