I personally love this product as i do not need to keep helping my kids to pick up the straw. The main reason i train them early using straw is majority of pediatricians recommend a straw cup as it is better for oral motor development as well as keeping the cavities away. Straw cup serve the double purpose of building muscles and helping with speech development. The straw is important for proper tongue placement in the mouth and helps build strength for their oral motor skills.
