It is a little on the heavy side. Love the platinum grey, it feels way nicer than a less than $400 laptop, mac-like, but so affordable too! You get the best of both worlds. This would be great for a student, you can play music, movies, and has a decent processor. It has a ton of storage at 1TB, more than I will ever need. Set up is SO easy and I love that it didn't come with a bunch of bloatware clogging up the 1TB of space. No product defects as far as I can tell, however it does get a bit slow when I have too many tabs open, and downloads on large files take a little longer, but I may just need to run some maintenance on it.
