Tag says 100% polyester fiber this is not a cooling pillow. Don't waste your money. They arrived today, both pillows jammed in a box, unwrapped - just the pillows. We took them out and they were all crinkled and looked used.Besides the two King sized unpackaged(unwrapped) pillows was a small welcome book from Sleep Innovations. I called the Sleep Innovations customer service 800 number and spoke with a customer service rep. He told me all their products get shipped un wrapped and any returned items get destroyed. I do understand how this pillow or any of their products can ship in a corrugated box unwrapped - breathing dust, truck fumes, exposed to any insects that crosses paths with their boxes. Noboday wants to sleep on a product like this. Definitely returning these pillows. I slept on a great Sleep Innovations pillow while visiting my sister. She had purchased it from a large chain store that no longer sells it. I wanted to buy the same pillows so entered the sku # on the pillow tags and Walmart's picture came up as being the same product. The picture looks exactly like the pillows at my sisters house but, beware! It is not! The product I received was a king sized flat pancake that was not full and didn't even look like the picture. (the kind that are in their own zipper bag) These Sleep Innovation pillows are just as comfortable as the Serta and cost less overall.
